Returns & Refunds Policy

30-DAY RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your 
purchase, you can return it within 30 days 
of delivery for a full refund — no questions 
asked.

HOW TO RETURN
Email hello@zenoira.co.uk with your order 
number and reason for return. We will 
respond within 24 hours with return 
instructions.

CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in their original 
packaging. Return shipping costs are the 
responsibility of the customer unless the 
item is faulty or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business 
days of receiving the returned item. You 
will be notified by email when your refund 
has been issued.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, 
please email hello@zenoira.co.uk with photos 
and we will send a replacement immediately 
at no cost to you.
